Viticulture Frédéric Fourré
Radebeul
Frédéric Fourré is the only French winegrower with his own vineyard in Saxony. The trained sommelier came to Saxony from Paris in 1998, where he discovered his interest in the practical aspects of viticulture. As a sommelier, he is used to selling wine with food and this is also evident in his own wines. They all have a present acidity, strong enough to keep up with a meal, but are still harmonious. Dry wines are the rule, but there can also be some residual sugar, for example in Riesling or Morio-Muskat.
His "Heißer Engel" is subtly flavoured and not too sweet, perfectly underlining the original wine.
